Delivery location
We currently deliver to UK Mainland only.

Delivery cost
Standard delivery: £3.99 on orders under £100
Free delivery on all orders over £100*

Fulfilment time
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM GMT, excluding weekends and UK Bank Holidays. Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Most orders are processed within 48 hours.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery time
We ship all orders using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2 business days. Please note this is an estimated service and not guaranteed.

While we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, delivery timeframes may be affected by factors outside of our control, particularly during busy periods.

Order tracking
All orders are fully tracked. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

How we process your order
