Refund policy
General Policy
Customers have 28 days from the date of receipt of item to initiate a return request and return the item to hae hae.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be:

Unused and in the same condition as received

Complete with all original packaging and tags attached
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact hello@haehae.co.uk quoting your order number and reason for return.
Please ensure that your name and order number are included within the parcel to avoid processing delays.
Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Return Shipping
hae hae does not provide free returns for unwanted items.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The company is not liable for any loss or damage incurred during return transit; customers are strongly advised to use a tracked and insured courier service.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Customers are required to inspect their order upon receipt.
If an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact hello@haehae.co.uk within 28 days of receipt of item.
Supporting photographic evidence and the order number must be provided to allow us to assess and resolve the issue promptly.
Returns relating to faulty or incorrect items will be arranged at no cost to the customer.
Change of Mind
Customers wishing to return items due to a change of mind must notify hae hae within 14 days of receiving their order.
Returned items must reach us within 28 days of receipt and must comply with the conditions set out in our General Policy above.
Return shipping costs for unwanted items remain the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
hae hae does not process direct exchanges.
To obtain a replacement item, customers should return the original purchase for a refund and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, the customer will be notified of the approval or rejection of the refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banking or card providers may require additional time to complete the transaction.

All original shipping fees are non-refundable.
