We recommend gently hand washing your packing cubes in lukewarm water with mild detergent. Once clean, leave them to air dry naturally. This helps maintain their shape, fabric quality, and longevity.
Can I put my packing cubes in the washing machine or dryer?
To keep them looking and performing their best, we don’t recommend machine washing or tumble drying. A little extra care goes a long way — especially when it comes to travel essentials you’ll use again and again.
How should I store my packing cubes when not in use?
When you’re not travelling, store your cubes flat or lightly folded in a drawer or cupboard. They’re designed to hold their shape without needing special treatment.

We currently ship within mainland UK. If you’re based elsewhere, keep an eye on us — we’re always looking to expand where hae hae can travel.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, we offer UK 48-hour delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
UK 48-hour delivery is £3.99 per order, with free shipping available on orders over £100. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
